Baroness Evans of Bowes Park was Lord Privy Seal and Leader of the House of Lords between 14 July 2016 and 6 September 2022. She previously served as a Baroness in Waiting from May 2015 until July 2016. Following the retirement of Lord Hodgson, Baroness Evans was duly elected as Vice Chair of the APPG.
